By making a reservation at the hotel, guests agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after 12:00 AM, please notify reception in advance.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Guests must vacate the room and return all keys/key cards to reception. Lost or unreturned keys may incur a charge.
Late check-out: Available until 12:00 PM.
– Free and guaranteed for direct website bookings.
– Subject to availability for all other bookings.
Luggage storage: Available free of charge before check-in and after check-out.
No-show: The full booking amount will be charged.
Flexible Rate:
– Free cancellation up to 24 hours before 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
– Later cancellations will be charged in full.
Non-Refundable Rate:
– The full amount is charged at the time of booking.
– No refunds are provided.
Grace Period: Cancellation within 1 hour of booking is free of charge.
Payment: Due upon arrival (for guests paying at reception or for additional services).
Accepted payment methods:
– Cash (EUR or HUF)
– Card (EUR only; payments processed at CIB Bank’s daily buying exchange rate)
City Tax: A 4% city tax applies to the total accommodation cost for all guests staying in Budapest. If not included in the booking, it will be charged separately upon arrival.
Damage deposit:
– A refundable deposit may be charged at check-in.
– It will be returned at check-out, provided no damage or policy violations occurred.
Responsibility: The guest who made the reservation is responsible for full payment of all charges, including extras incurred by accompanying guests under the same booking.
Stag, hen, or similar party groups are strictly prohibited.
– Reception may refuse check-in and deny the stay without refund.
Pets are not allowed.
Group Bookings: Reservations for more than 9 people may be subject to different terms. See Group Bookings Policy for details.
Maximum stay:
– 14 consecutive days per calendar month
– 30 total days per calendar year
Children of all ages are welcome.
Infants (0–2 years): Stay free. Cots available free of charge upon advance request (subject to availability).
Children (3–6 years): Up to 2 children stay free using available extra beds.
Children aged 7+ and adults: Additional fee applies for extra beds.
Room capacity: Max. 2 extra beds and 1 cot per room (subject to availability).
Private parking: Available for an additional fee. Limited spaces. Advance reservation required and must be confirmed.
Breakfast: Available for an additional fee. Must be requested at least one day in advance.
Maintenance: Weekdays only, between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM (subject to staff availability).
Daily cleaning: Between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Laundry: 24/7 service available for an additional fee.
Smoking is strictly prohibited:
– Inside rooms
– On balconies and terraces
– In all common areas (e.g., staircases, elevators, garage)
Fine for violation: €1000
Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
Guests must comply with local laws and hotel rules and behave respectfully.
Inappropriate attire is not allowed in public/common areas. The hotel may deny access in cases of non-compliance.
Noise must be kept to a minimum. Loud music, shouting, or disturbances are not permitted.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Violations (e.g., noise, misconduct) may result in:
– Refusal of check-in without refund
– Immediate eviction without refund
– A fine of up to €2,500
Grounds for denial or eviction include:
– Failure to present valid ID
– Aggressive or disrespectful behavior
– Intoxication or substance influence
– Poor hygiene or inappropriate dress
The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in or evict without refund if:
– The booking is party-related
– Hotel policies are not followed
For groups of 9+ guests:
– A €50 per person security deposit is required at check-in (one transaction).
– Refundable at check-out, subject to room inspection and rule compliance.
– Additional services (e.g., breakfast, laundry, parking) must be paid immediately by the room/group leader.
– A more detailed Group Policy and Rules Agreement applies. Please inquire at reception.
Guests are liable for damages caused to rooms or property during their stay.
All damages must be reported to reception.
Repair or replacement costs will be charged.
The damage deposit may be withheld; extra charges may apply.
Unpaid damages may result in legal action or future stay bans.
Hotel bar is open daily until 11:00 PM.
No service to drunk or disruptive guests.
No outside alcohol allowed in bar or lobby.
Noise is prohibited in these areas.
Violations may lead to service refusal, eviction, or penalties as per Behavior and Conduct policy.
Lost items are kept at reception for up to 30 days.
Reception monitors premises at all times.
Staff may request ID in shared areas.
Periodic inspections may occur to ensure policy compliance.
The hotel is not liable for damage or loss caused by failure to comply with these Terms.
Illegal activity will result in immediate removal and possible police involvement.
