By making a reservation at the hotel, guests agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after 12:00 AM, please notify reception in advance.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Guests must vacate the room and return all keys/key cards to reception. Lost or unreturned keys may incur a charge.
Late check-out: Available until 12:00 PM.
– Free and guaranteed for direct website bookings.
– Is available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.
Luggage storage: Available free of charge before check-in and after check-out.
No-show: The full booking amount will be charged. In case of no-show, the reservation may be cancelled after the first night.
Flexible Rate:
– Free cancellation up to 24 hours before 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
– Later cancellations will be charged in full.
Non-Refundable Rate:
– The full amount is charged at the time of booking.
– No refunds are provided.
Grace Period: Cancellation within 1 hour of booking is free of charge.
Payment: Fully prepaid reservations require no payment upon arrival unless additional services are requested. For partially paid, unpaid reservations, or extra services, payment is due upon arrival.
Accepted payment methods:
– Cash (EUR or HUF)
– Card (EUR only; payments processed at CIB Bank’s daily buying exchange rate)
City Tax: In accordance with local regulations, a 4% city tax is applied to the total accommodation cost for all guests staying in Budapest. If the tax is not included in the booking price, it will be charged separately upon arrival.
Damage deposit:
– A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in.
– The deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are identified.
– Depending on the payment method, the refund process may take up to 7 business days.
Responsibility: The guest who made the reservation is responsible for full payment of all charges, including extras incurred by accompanying guests under the same booking.
Stag, hen, or similar party groups are strictly prohibited.
– If such a group makes a reservation despite this policy, the reception reserves the right to refuse check-on and deny the stay without any entitlement to a refund.
Pets are not allowed.
Group Bookings: For reservations of group 9+ guests, different terms and conditions may apply. We kindly ask you to review our Group Bookings Policy for more details.
Maximum stay:
– 14 consecutive days per calendar month
– 30 total days per calendar year
Children of all ages are welcome.
Infants (0–2 years): Stay free. Cots available free of charge upon advance request (subject to availability).
Children (3–6 years): Up to 2 children stay free using available extra beds.
Children aged 7+ and adults: Additional fee applies for extra beds.
Room capacity: Maximum of 2 extra beds and 1 cot per room (subject to availability).
Private parking: Available for an additional fee. Spaces are limited; advance reservation required and must be confirmed by the hotel. May only be used during the main reservation period.
Breakfast: Available for an additional fee and must be requested at least one day in advance. Breakfast cancellation is possible at least one day in advance only for breakfasts booked directly at the reception.
Maintenance: Conducted on weekdays only, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (subject to staff availability).
Daily cleaning: Performed between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM and includes:– Washing dishes or starting the dishwasher– Cleaning kitchen surfaces and appliances– Making beds
– Bed linens changed every third day or upon request
– Refreshing and sanitizing bathrooms
– Replacing towels (if left on the floor or upon request)
– Replenishing toiletries and kitchen essentials (e.g., coffee capsules, tea bags, dishwashing and laundry capsules)
– Sweeping/vacuuming and mopping floors
– Removing all waste
Smoking is strictly prohibited:
– Inside rooms
– On balconies and terraces
– In all common areas (e.g., staircases, elevators, garage)
Fine for violation: €1000
Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
Guests must comply with local laws and hotel rules and behave respectfully at all times.
Inappropriate attire is strictly prohibited in all public and common areas of the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to determine what is considered appropriate and may deny access or take further action in cases of non-compliance.
Noise must be kept to a minimum. Loud music, shouting, or similar disturbances are strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced.
Violations such as excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in:
– Refusal of check-in without refund
– Immediate eviction without refund
– A fine of up to €2,500
The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-on or evict a guest without refund if any of the following occurs:
– Failure to present valid identification
– Aggressive, threatening, or disrecpectful behavior
– Intoxication or influence of substances
– Poor hygiene or inappropriate dress
The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in or evict without refund guests immediately if:
– The booking is identified as party-related
– Hotel policies are not followed
For groups of 9+ guests:
– A security deposit of €50 per person is required upon check-in, payable in a single transaction.– The deposit is refundable at check-out, subject to room inspection and compliance with hotel policies.
– Additional services (e.g., breakfast, parking): Must be paid immediately upon request, either by the room or group leader.
– For group reservations, more detailed Group policy and rules agreement apply. Please inquire at reception.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the room or hotel property during their stay.
All damages must be reported to reception.
Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
The damage deposit may be withheld, and additional charges may apply if costs exceed the deposit.
Unpaid damages may result in legal action or a ban from future stays.
Hotel bar is open daily until 11:00 PM.
Service is not provided to drunk or disruptive guests.
Outside food and alcohol are not permitted in the bar or lobby areas.
Noise is not allowed in these areas.
Violations may lead to service refusal, eviction, or penalties in line with our Behavior and Conduct policy.
Lost items are kept at reception for up to 30 days.
Reception monitors premises at all times.
Staff may request guest identification in public or shared areas.
Periodic inspections may be conducted to ensure compliance with hotel policies.
The hotel is not liable for damage or loss resulting from failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the property and may involve police action.
